common gas outlet
circuit
airway (LMA / tube / etc)

Description: The scan begins at the common gas outlet. Is it secure ?

Then look at the circuit. Secure connections? Kinked tubing? Valves?

Is the connection to the airway such as LMA / endotracheal tube secure ? Has the airway moved?
