Loss of Oculomotor (III) nerve causes the patient to have ptosis, pupillary dilation, and the patient looks down and lateral.
If you lose your Oculomotor it will be "curtains" for you (ptosis).
Your pupils will be "blown" (Pupillary Dilatation).
And you will be "down and out" (Eye looks down and lateral).
