Inflammatory Bowel Disease - Crohns Vs Ulcerative Colitis

Both :

Crohns  can occur anywhere from mouth to anus (mostly terminal ileum) , whereas Ulcerative colitis  occurs in rectum / colon.

Crohns , unlike ulcerative colitis,  has "skip lesions" (i.e. there can be normal areas in-between the lesions)

Crohns is more likely to have strictures and fistulae.
